The Haryana Government has issued guidelines for taking disciplinary action against the employees and officers visiting the Directorate of School Education without seeking permission from the officers in their regional offices.

“It has come to the notice that the employees and officers working in regional offices and schools were found visiting the employees and senior officers at the Directorate and in its different branches unnecessarily, which hampers the government work,” said a spokesman of the Education Department.

He said that all the District Education Officers and District Elementary Education Officers have been directed to issue instructions in the offices under their control that no employee or officer would visit the Directorate without their permission.

If necessary, the employee and the officer would come to the Directorate with permission letter.

In case, any employee or officer is found roaming in the Directorate without prior permission, the concerned employee or officer, District Education Officer or District Elementary Education Officer would invite strict disciplinary action against them,
