Haryana Congress on Thursday accused the Manohar lal-led State Government of playing a sinister game for not holding the Panchayati Raj Institutions (PRIs) and municipal bodies in the State. Kiran Choudhry, leader of the Haryana Congress legislature Party, said that it is a sinister design for a calculated and deliberate delay by the BJP Government in holding of elections to the Panchayati Raj Institutions and municipal bodies in the State. The elections to the grassroots level democratic institutions and municipal bodies should have been over by now but the voters’ lists are still being updated, she said.
