Haryana Chief Minister Manohar lal has described the Supreme Court judgment on the demand for probe into the death of Justice loya as historic, and said that the Apex Court had ruled out formation of SIT in this case as it was a case of natural death. Commenting on the judgment here, Manohar lal said the Congress chief Rahul Gandhi, had submitted a memorandum along with 150 Members of Parliament, to the President and also held a press conference on this issue. The judgment makes it clear that the Congress took up this case in their political interest, not in public interest, he added.
