Himachal Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur on Tuesday mourned the killing of Assistant Town Planner, Kasauli Shail Bala who was shot dead by a guest house owner.
He said the team that had gone to Kasauli to launch the demolition drive against the guest house launched on the directions of the Supreme Court.
The Chief Minister said such incidents would not be tolerated and the culprits would be nabbed soon and action would be taken as per the law.
He said law and order would be maintained in the State at all cost and the orders of the Supreme Court would be followed in letter and spirit.
He expressed deep sympathies with the bereaved family members and prayed for the peace of the departed soul.
