PNS

Bringing in Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh to keep the BJP workers geared up for the assembly polls in the state, the party will organise next Tridev Sammelan on June 4 in Hamirpur.

The Hamirpur Tridev Sammelan would be the third in the series, and the earlier two such conferences were organised at Solan and Kangra.

The Conference of BJP workers in Hamirpur would be third big political event of the party in a row within a time frame of three weeks. Earlier, in the first week of May, BJP President Amit Shah had extensive deliberations with BJP leadership in Kangra besides addressing a public gathering in Palampur. On April 27 Prime Minister Narendra Modi had set the tempo for the Assembly polls later this year by addressing a jam packed rally at the historical Ridge of Shimla.

State BJP’s president Satpal Singh Satti said that Booth Adhyaksh, Booth Paalak and BlAs would participate in the conference. Earlier, the BJP had announced that all the 4 Tirdev Sammelans would be addressed by BJP president Amit Shah. But due to his busy schedule, Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley had been entrusted with responsibility to address the Tridev Sammelan at Kangra.
