A day after a meeting between Chief Ministers of Haryana and Delhi on the issue of smog, Haryana senior Minister Anil Vij on Thursday again targeted Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal on the problem of air pollution in the national Capital.
“Kejriwal should himself find a solution to the problem of air pollution in Delhi. The cases of stubble burning occur for about a month’s time but Delhi suffers from bad air quality throughout the year,” said Vij while talking to the mediapersons here. The Health and Sports Minister reiterated that stubble burning cannot be blamed for Delhi’s pollution problem.
Kejriwal and his government should find a solution to the problem of high pollution levels in Delhi, added he.
Notably, Delhi CM Kejriwal and his Haryana counterpart Manohar lal Khattar had on Wednesday in about a 90 minutes meeting resolved to put in sustained efforts to ensure that smog does not envelop the national capital in the winter of 2018.
