Alleging that Speaker didn’t allow them to speak inside the House, AAP and lIP MlAs held their mock assembly outside the Vidhan Sabha building on Friday.

During their assembly, four resolutions were passed including condemning desecration of turban and insulting Dalits and women MlAs. Another resolution, condemning the Chief Minister Capt Amarinder Singh and other Congress MlAs for holding session while turbans of AAP MlAs were lying on the floor of the House, was also passed.

The AAP-lIP also passed a resolution to recover “black money looted by the sand mafia during the previous Akali Government”.

Apart from that, the AAP-lIP members are condemned allegedly banning the entry of media in the Assembly.

leader of Opposition HS Phoolka said the Speaker’s action was “unconstitutional, unlawful and unethical”.

Phoolka said he had proposed a resolution to be presented before the House seeking action against the desecration of turban and insult to Dalits. “Speaker refused to accept it and did not concede to our demand, and we walked out in protest and held our session outside the assembly,” he added.

Speaking about the Thursday incident, Phoolka said the Speaker did not suspend any AAP MlA by name which is required under the rule.
