In a major administrative reshuffle, Haryana Government on Monday issued transfer and posting orders of 27 IAS officers with immediate effect.
Whistleblower IAS officer, Pradeep Kasni, who was posted as Director General, Science and Technology has been transferred to Finance Department as Secretary in place of CG Rajnikaanthan, whose orders will be issued later on.
Shyam Sunder Prasad has been given the additional charge of Additional CS, Town and Country Planning and Urban Estates Department vice P Raghavendra Rao, who goes as Additional CS, Finance and Planning Departments in place of Sanjeev Kaushal, who is posted as Additional CS, Excise and Taxation Department and additional charge of Public Health Engineering Department.
Sources said that major administrative reshuffle has been ordered following the assessment of performance of IAS officers by Chief Minister’s office.
Among others who were transferred included Rajan Kumar Gupta, who is posted as Additional CS, Health Department in place of Prasanta Kumar Mahapatra, who goes as Additional Chief Secretary, Women and Child Development Department.
Vijai Vardhan has been posted as Additional CS, labour Department while Rajni Sekhri Sibal goes as Additional CS, Animal Husbandry and Dairying Department in place of Abhilaksh likhi, who is transferred as Principal Secretary, Tourism Department.
Shashi Bala Gulati has been posted as Additional CS, Archives, Archaeology and Museums Department vice Shrikant Walgad, who goes as Principal Secretary, Environment Department.
Alok Nigam is posted as Additional CS Cooperation Department, Trilok Chand Gupta as Principal Secretary, Monitoring and Coordination Department, Sidhi Nath Roy goes as Principal Secretary, Fisheries Department vice Anil Malik, who goes as Principal Secretary, Technical Education r.
Anil Kumar is posted as Principal Secretary, Welfare of Scheduled Castes and Backward Classes Department, Mahavir Singh as Principal Secretary, Higher Education Department and Principal Secretary, Civil Aviation Departments, in addition.
Sumita Misra goes as Principal Secretary, Housing Department and Principal Secretary, Cultural Affairs Department while Anurag Rastogi, is posted as Principal Secretary, Power Department and Principal Secretary, Irrigation Department.
AK Singh goes as Principal Secretary, Employment and Mines and Geology Department, Principal Secretary, Industrial Training Department, in addition and Inquiry Officer, Vigilance, Haryana while Vijayendra Kumar has been posted as Secretary, General Administration and Administrative Reforms Department and CEO, Haryana Saraswati Heritage Board and Director General and Secretary, Environment Department, in addition.
Subhash Chandra goes as Secretary, Revenue Disaster Management Department, Director General, Consolidation of Holdings, land Records, Special Collector (HQ) and Special lAO while Saket Kumar is posted as Special Secretary, Health Department, Mission Director, NHM and Commissioner, Food and Drugs Administration in addition to his present duties.
Anshaj Singh, Director and Additional Secretary, Industrial Training and Employment Department has been given the additional charge of Managing Director, Dairy Development Cooperative Federatio and Rajiv Rattan, Additional Secretary, Health Department, Mission Director, NRHM and Commissioner, Food and Drugs Administration has been posted as Director, Science and Technology Department.
