Former Sambalpur Development Authority (SDA) Chairman Jayabrata Dey and members of the Sambalpur Bikash Parishad have brought serious allegations against New Delhi (North) BJP MP Manoj Tiwari and his brother Binay Tiwari that they have duped people here of crores of rupees though a housing project, Vastu Vihar.
Dey has lodged an FIR at the Town police station here alleging that the Techno Culture Pvt ltd, which manages ‘Vastu Vihar’ and for which the BJP MP is the brand ambassador, has taken `2 crore from local people but is yet to give them residential flats.
