Xolo on Wednesday launched its proprietary user interface platform, HIVE, which will be available starting today on its new octa-core smartphone -- Xolo 8X-1000.
The smartphone with 'HIVE Inside' is priced at Rs 13,999 and will be available at authorised retail outlets across the country, next week onwards. "Built on an Android core, HIVE is a 'Made in India, Made for India' platform designed by our Software Design Centre at Bangalore," lava International co-founder and Director Vishal Sehgal said here.
With user empowerment at its core, HIVE enables users to contribute creatively to the platform taking smartphone personalisation to the next level, he added.
