PropEquity, real estate data, analytics and research firm and Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, USA have announced a knowledge partnership that focuses on the Indian real estate research. The school is widely regarded as one of the world’s top institutions for business education and U.S. News and World Report has repeatedly ranked Wharton’s real estate MBA programme as the top in the United States.
Through the collaboration the team at Wharton and Propequity together aim to work on data, research and market intelligence for the Indian real estate sector. The partnership will be to use the intelligence to study a variety of important topics such as price movements of residential projects along with their construction journey, impact of delays on demand & supply in micro markets.
