On Dhanteras, Rajasthan Housing Board Housing Commissioner Pawan Aroda said that the residential properties in the Auction Festival E-Bid Submission scheme, being operated by the Rajasthan Housing Mandal, their shop-in their business plan, business grounds, built shops and premium properties.
He said that on this Dhanteras, there was a revenue of Rs 85 crore 33 lakhs from the sale of 226 properties.
He said that this Dhanteras sold 64 assets in Wednesday auction festival e-bid submission, which received revenues of Rs 6 crore 62 lakh 46 thousand rupees to the Mandal. Similarly, 86 business groups in their shop-in their business plan and .2 built-in shops, which received revenue of Rs 46 crore 79 lakh 68 thousand rupees. The e-auction of 64 residential and commercial premium properties located in Jaipur, Dausa and Baran, was founded by the sale of these properties to Rs 64 crore 94 lakh 24 thousand rupees. In view of the new record of revenue earnings and Diwali Mahaparva, the housing Mandal Headquarters has been decorated in a very glorious way and has been made colorful light. The first year was awarded by Jaipur district administration Jaipur for the best decoration. Housing Commissioner Shri Pawan Arora said that according to Indian beliefs, Dhanteras is considered to be the first festival of Diwali five-day Mahaparas and this day is auspicious sign of Rs 85 crore 33 lakhs.
