BSE and NSE listed specialty chemicals firm Vikas Multicorp Ltd (VML) has constituted an advisory board under the chairmanship of Sunil Alagh, former MD and CEO for Britannia Industries, to steer the company’s strategy in the B2C business having decades of experience in FMCG brand building.
VML recently announced that it will enter the food protection and personal hygiene segment with an investment of Rs 100 crore in two years.
