German luxury carmaker BMW on Wednesday launched an updated version of its diesel-powered BMW 3 Series sedan in India, priced between Rs35.9 lakh and Rs44.5 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi). The new 3 Series is locally produced at the BMW plant in Chennai and can be ordered at dealerships across India from onwards, BMW India said in a statement.The petrol variant of the sedan will be launched later this year, it added.
“With its everyday usability, dynamic characteristics and attractive design, the new BMW 3 Series will establish a new benchmark in the Indian luxury car segment,” said Philipp von Sahr, President, BMW Group India.
The 320d Prestige variant of the sedan is priced at Rs35.9 lakh, 320d Sport line (Navigation) at Rs41.5 lakh,
320d luxury line (Navigation) at Rs 41.5 lakh and the 320d M Sport trim at Rs44.5 lakh (all prices ex-showroom).
