In a workshop on standardisation of mails and customers’ meet organised by Odisha Postal Circle here on Wednesday, Chief Postmaster General Santosh Kumar Kamila stressed on standardisation of mails.
Kamila emphasised on correct writing of address on the front of the envelope with sender’s address on the back and correct PIN code to facilitate automatic mail processing by Speed Post service, newly introduced Passport service through post offices and My Stamp service.
Customers of banking and insurance sector, State and Central Government Departments, autonomous bodies and corporate houses participated in the workshop and shared their views on India Post.
Assistant Director (Mails and BD) Khageswar Mallick delivered the welcome address and Senior Superintendent of Post Offices Bhubaneswar Division Manoj Kumar Nayak offered a vote of thanks.
