A two-day workshop of the heads of Institutions under the DAV Regional Directorate, Odisha Zone-I concluded at the DAV Public School Chandrasekharpur here recently.
DAV Regional Director Dr KC Satapathy emphasised on holistic and qualitative development of DAV institutions to fulfil the aspirations of the people and urged the Principals to make this zone a citadel of excellence at the national level.
Discussions were held on different topics like a roadmap of creating institutions par excellence, inclusive education, needs and expectations from the heads of institutions, stress management, leadership, impact of GST, skill development, effective institutional management, dealing with cyber crimes and role of managers in DAV institutions during different session.
Among others, Prof Ajit Mohanty, Prof Fakir Mohan Sahoo, AK Sabat, Mukti Mishra, Prof Omkar Nath Mohanty, Prof Uma Sankar Dash and Dr DN Mishra were present.
More than 30 Principals attended the workshop. Assistant Regional Director Deep Gambhir coordinated the programme.
