A woman has gone missing from a hospital in Bhapur since Thursday. After frantically searching for her for the last two days, her family members on Saturday lodged a complaint with the Fategarh police.
Tikina, wife of Alok Jena of Ulas village in Bhapur block, was suffering from a disease for three months. As Alok was staying in Kerala, Tikina was treated at her father’s house.
On Thursday, Tikina with her brother had gone to a hospital; and due to some urgent work, her brother went out leaving her. Later, Tikina went to a jewellery shop to sell her gold ornaments, but the shop owner refused to buy the ornaments. But as she did not return home, worried family members came to Bhapur and started searching for her. Finding no way out even after searching for her for two days, the family members lodged a ‘missing’ complaint in the Fategarh police station. Police after registering a case have started investigation.
