The Utkal Bharat has decided to strengthen its position in the State in the near future and to get recognition as an Opposition party by 2019.
Addressing a State-level conclave of the Yuva Utkal Bharat, Utkal Bharat president Kharabela Swain exhorted party workers of all districts to carry out various programmes in a disciplined manner to make this possible.
“The present Government is engrossed in corruption and issues like unemployment, poverty, illiteracy fraud and violence are rising in the State. On the other side, people do not rest their faith on any other political parties. Moreover, some major political parties at the Centre are indirectly helping the Naveen Patnaik-led BJD Government making their State leaders vulnerable,” Swain said.
