The All Odisha Non-Government Aided and Unaided College (+2 and +3) Teaching and Non-Teaching Employees Association would hold a massive rally here on October 31 (Tuesday) to press for fulfillment of various demands.
Around 10,000 college teachers, who have been working since June 2, 2008 and are yet to get any assistance from the Government, would join the rally. A memorandum demanding one-third aid on completion of five years in job, two-third on completion of seven years and full aid on completion of nine years as per the Gant-in-Aid policy would be submitted to the Government after the rally, said president Dr Naba Kishore Mishra, secretary Satyanarayan Bagarti, convenor Rajkishoer Barik, media coordinator Dr Ramesh Chandra Behera and others.
