The Utkal Chamber of Commerce and Industry (UCCI) organised a workshop on ‘Impact of GST on Trade, Commerce & Industry and Revenue Generation for the State of Odisha’ here on Saturday.
Additional Chief Secretary, Finance, R Balakrishnan, Industries Secretary Sanjeev Chopra, Central Excise, Customs & Service Tax, Bhubaneswar, Chief Commissioner SK Panda and State Commercial Taxes Commissioner Manoj Ahuja graced the occasion as guests.
UCCI president Ramesh Mahapatra presided over the meeting and Indirect Taxes Committee chairman Jagabandhu Sahoo introduced the subject. The guests released brochure for the Chamber’s five-day exhibition, ‘UCCI Expo- 2015’, to be held from March 1 to 5 at the IDCO Exhibition Ground here.
