PCC president Prasad Harichandan termed the gas balloon explosion near the Naveen Niwas as disappointing and said it happened due to a breach of law.
Prasad along with his party colleagues visited the students undergoing treatment at the Capital Hospital.
"When Section 144 of CrPC is in force near the CM's house, who allowed the use of gas balloons and how so many people gathered at the Naveen NiwasIJ What were the police doing then," Harichandan demanded to know.
