A top woman Maoist cadre surrendered before the police in Koraput on Saturday afternoon.According to the reports, Walisi Mandangi, a native of Rajingipadar village under the Narayanpatna police station, surrendered to the police in the presence of IG Yashwant Jethwa. The wanted woman Maoist was carrying a cash reward of Rs 2 lakh on her head, the police said.
