A couple of days after a kid was mauled to death by stray dogs in the holy town Puri, a four -year-old girl child of Bhogabereni village under the Banarpal police station in Angul district lost an eye after attacked by a pack of stray dogs on Saturday.
She was admitted to the District Headquarters Hospital (DHH) for treatment. The incident has sent shockwaves in the area.
