The State Government on Monday decided to allow offline registration of beneficiaries for Covid-19 vaccination. In a letter to all district Collectors, Municipal Commissioners, CDMOs and PHOs, Chief Secretary Suresh Chandra Mahapatra said, “In case the team faces any issues with Co-WIN portal, you can undertake Covid vaccination of age appropriate group of citizens in offline mode to prevent inconvenience to elderly persons in queue.”
However, once Co-WIN portal functions normally, the data must be uploaded on portal immediately. The requirements for offline registration re Aadhaar card or Voter ID card, ID number of ID proof, name, date of birth, gender and medical certificate from registered medical fractioned.
