The city police fished out the body of a 17-year-old boy from the Kathajodi river near the Naraj Barrage here on Thursdayafternoon.
The Barang police said the boy from Chhattisgarh was studying BCom at the nearby Sri Sri University.
“At least seven students of the university had gone near the barrage for bathing around noon time and three of them entered in the flooded river. While two of them managed to swim back to shore, one Surya Pawar drowned,” said Barang police Inspector Sanjay Kumar Patnaik. CUTTACK
