Samajwadi Party State president Rabi Behera has demanded 75 per cent job reservation in private sector for Odia youths as Haryana has done it by passing a bill in the Assembly recently.
Eight other States like Andhra and Madhya Pradesh have also done it earlier, said Behera. He also demanded to increase the maximum age limit for Government job from 32 years to 42 years in the State.
Before the commencement of Assembly winter session, the Government should convene an all-party meeting to implement the reservation.
In view of increasing unemployment in the State, he has also demanded implementation of SC, ST, OBC.
