Sawan Kripal Ruhani Mission ( SKRM), a New Delhi based non-profit organisation, dedicated to world peace and human unity, held community kitchen and served free meals in Joda Muncipality during the lock down period.
Starting from March 30 to April 3, the SKRM Joda branch served total 34,000 food packets at an average of 700 packets daily. The food packets prepared by SKRM were being handed over to municipality staff who in turn reached them to the needy people.
At the direction of Santosh Rajinder Singhji Maharaj, Shankar Nag and Braja Kishore Behera of Joda coordinated the whole programme.
