The National HRD Network, Bhubaneswar Chapter organised its first monthly session on ‘Effective Feedback at the IMF’ here on Friday.
Retired Commodore Dilip Mohapatra attended the event as the guest speaker. The session was attended by 30 participants from different industries and academia. Mohapatra said feedback is all about building trust and celebrating results, and the differentiating factor to give feedback is having an empathetic approach.“While evaluation is to place value on a performance, feedback is value neutral. It merely describes what you did or did not accomplish, given a standard or intent,” added Mohapatra.National HRD Network Bhubaneswar Chapter president Paramita Mahapatra presented a memento to Mohapatra in the presence of chapter vice-president Anil Bajpai.
