Odisha State Sepak Takraw Association’s officials and Social worker Dillip Srichandan wished good luck to the five members Sepak Takraw team, which includes four girls left from on Thursday to participate in the National U-21 Training Camp schedule to held at Hyderabad from July 24 to August 22.
Tulasi Behera, Alibha Das, Etishree Samal and Chunmun Samal are the four junior girls selected for the camp. Odisha girls caught in the eyes of the national selector as the junior team emerged national champion this year.
Nihar Kanti Behera is the only Odisha boy got selected for the camp. lalatendu Swain would join the team as coach. lalatendu represented the State senior team in different national team and he was also the member of the national team. The selected players would also participate in the selection and trail camp for the Asian Championship.
Among others, Naba KIshore Behera, Pradip Kumar Routray, Nirod Kumar Swain, Joshna Bhadra, Muna Barik, Kailash Chandra Behera and secretary Sahadev Rout.
