Media and Public Relations Advisor to State Government Manas Ranjan Mangaraj presented a cheque of Rs 2 lakh to journalist Aditya Panda for his kidney transplantation from the Working Journalist Welfare Fund in his chamber on Friday.
Besides, Managaraj was felicitated by ‘Capital Poster’ editor Surendra Sahoo on his appointment to the newly-created post of the Government’s Media and Public Relations.
