A Class IX student was allegedly gangraped by three persons in a moving car after they kidnapped her from Chhamunda village in Ganjam district, police said on Sunday. Though the incident took place on February 18, the victim lodged an FIR on Friday, the police said.
“The 14-year-old girl was sent for medical test yesterday,” said Sub-Divisional Police Officer of Bhanjanagar RC Sethi. The accused have been identified. However, no arrest has been made so far and efforts are on to trace them, the police said.
