The first-of-its-kind in the globe, the Sri Sri School of Cyber Peace and five other Centers and Faculty which will offer 20 programmes in 2021-22 in the Sri Sri University (SSU) were launched by Sri Sri Ravi Shankar on Wednesday.
The Cyber Peace Foundation and Sri Sri University have joined hands in this connection. As per the Cybersecurity Ventures, there will be 3.5 million unfilled cyber security jobs globally by the end of 2021, up from one million positions in 2014. Moreover, there is a growing number of cybercrimes and threats across the globe. Therefore, the degree programmes in the areas are a need of the hour. Gurudev Ravi Shankar said, “I congratulate Cyber Peace Foundation and encourage all to continue this journey by creating waves of excellence for growth of the students across the world.”
