Getting upset over the State Government’s repeated appeals seeking more time in the chit fund scam case, the Supreme Court on Tuesday preponed the next hearing of matter to February 11. As per the court’s direction, the matter of Odisha and West Bengal chit fund scams had been listed together before a bench comprising Justice TS Thakur and Justice S Nagappan on Tuesday.
