The State Bank of India (SBI) Bhubaneswar Circle has donated an E-auto-rickshaw (battery-driven) to the Ramakrishna Mission here.
The flag-off of the rickshaw was done by SBI Circle Chief General Manager Praveena Kala in the presence of Swami Atmapravananda, head of the mission and several senior SBI officials.
The E-Rickshaw would be used to carry patients in tribal areas to nearby hospitals where the Ramakrishna Mission is engaged in social activities. Swami Atmapravananda praised Kala and the SBI Bhubaneswar Circle for the noble gesture extended by the bank.
