The State Administrative Tribunal (SAT) on Wednesday issued a non-bailable warrant (NBW) against School and Mass Education Secretary Ranjana Chopra for contempt of court.
Earlier, the SAT had repeatedly summoned Chopra to appear before it, but she neither appeared in court in person or through a lawyer.
