Principal Secretary, Public Grievances and Pension Administration Sangram Mishra has joined duty after completing training at the Cambridge University, UK on ‘leadership and Strategic Thinking’. The Department of Personnel and Training, Government of India, had sponsored the names of about 23 I.A.S officers from all over India to go for this training. Mishra was the only officer to be sent for this training from Odisha.
The training was of about one week’s duration. These officers were taken to london to visit the House of lords and interact with their counterparts in Britain especially in the Department for Education, Industry and Policy making, etc. The training was regarding how to be successful in taking decisions to help people in any given circumstance.
Mishra seems very positive about implementing the learnt tenets into practice.
