Noted social worker Rutuparna Mohanty on Tuesday will leave for the United States on a 15-day tour to attend the prestigious photography exhibition ‘Notes to our sons and daughters — my sister’s voice’ to be organised by the Joan B Kroc Institute for Peace and Justice (IPJ) at the University of San Diego (USD) and the Women PeaceMakers Programme in San Diego in California.
Around 40 internationally-acclaimed women peacemakers from across the globe will participate in the event. Mohanty will participate in the main exhibition onJune 6 and the earlier related events on June 4 and 5 in San Diego.
