The Vedvyas Trust Board on Sunday held a meeting on the development of the tourist spot here.
Rourkela ADM K Sudarsan Chakoborty presided. Additional Assistant Commissioner, Endowment, Sambalpur Zone Chowdhury Prabin Kumar, Vedvyas Trust Board secretary Anupam Ray, Om Prakash Agarwal, Ramakant Biswal, Mihir Ray, Brahmani Tarang IIC U Pradhan, Rourkela Chamber of Commerce and Industry president Subrat Patnaik, RSP GM( Town Services) PK Pradhan among others were present.
Vedvyas Trust Board secretary Ray declared that the RSP had given its consent to invest about Rs1 crore for development of the spot. The RSP will set up a lPG run crematorium worth Rs80 lakh while Adhunik Metaliks will construct a kitchen worth Rs15 lakh for lord Chandrasekhar. It was decided to build a master plan for the development of the holy place. It was decided to collect Rs10 from each four wheeler coming to the temple.
