An Assistant General Manager of Rourkela Steel Plant, Shyamraj Majhi (47), died in a road accident near Kutra on SH-10 in Sundargarh district late on Saturday night while two of his brothers, who were also travelling by the same car, narrowly escaped with minor injuries.
The car lost control and overturned and skidded into a field when they were returning to their home at Rourkela from Balangir. Shyamraj was driving the car. The brothers had gone to Balangir a couple of days back to a relative’s house. Shyamraj is survived by his wife and a son.
