Miscreants on Sunday looted `7 lakh from some cattle traders at Chandanpur under the Bangiriposi police limits in Mayurbhanj district.
Four goons coming by two Pulsar motorcycles with pistols intercepted the cattle traders who were on their way to the Sarakana cattle market and asked them for money.
When the traders refused to do so, they whipped out revolvers and threatened to open fire. Then, the goons took away money from all the traders amounting to `7 lakh and fled the spot. No arrest has been made as yet.
