Odisha Jan Morcha (OJM) president Pyarimohan Mohapatra has urged the Centre to give adequate funds for the renovation of Talcher Railway station claiming that the station has given highest amount of revenue among all the stations falling under East Coast Railway (ECoR).
Raising the issue in Rajya Sabha Mohapatra demanded that the Ministry of Railways provide the fund for the purpose within two months’ time.“The Ministry’s repeated negligence will not be tolerated further. The Union Government will be held responsible if any untoward incident occurs in future,” warned Mohapatra.
