The popular property portal www.gharabari.com would launch a Genuine Reliability and Customer Satisfaction (G-RACS) star rating for developers to bring transparency in the real estate sector.
This rating will be launched on January 25, 2017 on occasion of the 12th anniversary of the portal. The rating will create opportunity for genuine developers to enhance reliability and brand visibility before millions of customers globally; while buyers will get benefit to clinch hassle- free standard deals, said CMD of gharabari.com DS Tripathy.
This rating has been developed on request of many NRI’s and outside customers considering their past experience and trust deficit on the real estate sector. This rating aims to bridge the gap between buyers and sellers besides enhancing investment in real estate sector, Tripathy said. The G-RACS star rating will be based on adequate satisfactory feedback, with cent per cent accuracy, received from authentic customers. This rating aims at mitigating risk factor for the customer buying property while ensuring standard services by the developer, he said.
The feedback will be gathered from the existing customers of the real estate company with regards to its service, quality, delivery of possession coupled with their recommendation to buy property and many other concern of the customers. The most authentic rating will ensure a smooth and cost- effective business operation to the genuine developers, he said.
