Congress leader Rahul Gandhi would stay for days in Odisha during his Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra, informed State Congress leader Sarat Rout on Thursday.

The Congress’ much-hyped campaign will cover four districts in Odisha in four days. Gandhi will visit Mayurbhanj, Sundargarh, Keonjhar and Jharsuguda districts during the Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra starting January 14 ahead of the 2024 general elections.

On the occasion of launching a sticker campaign to promote the Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra led by Rahul Gandhi, the Odisha Congress appealed to people to participate in the Yatra in large numbers.

Rahul Gandhi’s Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra will cover 110 districts, 100 Lok Sabha seats and 337 Assembly segments in the country in 66 days.

The campaign will cover 6,713 kilometers and the participants will travel on buses and foot.

The Yatra is scheduled to commence from Manipur and end in Mumbai.

However, the Congress claimed that the Manipur Government declined to permit Gandhi to start his Yatra from Imphal East district.
