local police here on Wednesday recovered a body from a lodge and identified it as Gulson lal (58) from Panjab.
The body was lying on a cot in the room. Police seized a mobile from the spot and contacted lal’s family.
lal had checked in at about 11 am on Tuesday at Gitanjali lodge near Station Road. He was staying in room no 110. lal was a motor parts agent. He had been to Brahmapur in connection with his business work. He had also many acquaintances in the town. Before coming to Brahmapur, he had completed his business works in Bhubaneswar and he was to move to Vishakapatnam from here. He was suspected to have died of heart attack.
On Tuesday lal had gone outside the lodge and returned at night. However, as he did not respond to open the door on Wednesday morning, the lodge owner called police. The police broke open the door in the presence of a magistrate and sent the body for post mortem.
