Pradesh Congress Committee president Niranjan Patnaik on Monday called upon the members of All India Professional Congress (AIPC) Odisha chapter to rope in more educated people, intellectuals and youths to the party fold so that it would strengthen reach of the party at grassroots. Patnaik was addressing the first Press briefing of AIPC State chapter after appointment of new office-bearers by the AICC. He added that the during the Modi regime, the uncontrolled price rise has severely affected common men and not only country’s economy, social welfare policies are also in a shambles. AIPC State president Mamata Kundu stated that in next few months, the AIPC would finalise its representatives and office-bearers in all 21 Parliamentary constituencies and it has strategised to induct more youths and intellectuals in the party.
