The Baleswar district administration has initiated the departmental proceedings against former ADM of the district Rashid Khan as he allegedly left the district without handing over charges, including that of Election Officer, when the Collector was on leave.
“We have apprised the Government about his departure without handing over the charges. A draft charge has been prepared pending departmental inquiry,” informed district magistrate Ranjit Mohanty.
