The Railways on Tuesday announced to allow short-distant passengers to avail unreserved Sleeper Class journey facility in the Bangalore-Bhubaneswar Prashanti Express from January 12, 2016.
Passengers can avail this facility in S-10 and S-11 coaches in Bhubaneswar-bound Prashanti Express from Brahmapur to Bhubaneswar. In this facility, passengers have to book Unreserved Sleeper Class tickets from booking counters.
The East Coast Railway (ECor) has already introduced this facility in the Bhubaneswar-Secunderabad Visakha Express and the Bhubaneswar-Mumbai (CSTM) Konark Express.
Passengers are availing this facility in Sleeper Class Coach S-7 in Secunderabad-bound Visakha Express and Coach S-4 and S-5 in Mumbai-bound Konark Express, informed an official release.
