Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan, who is currently on a five-day visit to Russia, on Wednesday said he has initiated steps to establish direct trade links between Russia and Odisha.
“The Vladivostok Port in Russia and the Paradip Port in Odisha can have links. Crude oil and coking of Russia can be transported from the Vladivostok Port to Paradip Port directly and, thus, a direct trading link between Russia and Odisha cab be established,” said Pradhan.
Pradhan said this after visiting the Devjada ship project and holding discussions with Rosneft CEO in Russia.
