The National Real Estate Development Council (NAREDCO), Odisha Chapter would raise its various issues at the two-day national convention to begin in New Delhi on August 28, informed NAREDCO State president Manoj Tripathy at a Press meet here on Friday.
While the convention has set a theme, ‘India Real Estate- Unfolding the new era of growth”, the Odisha chapter would present all issues pertaining to the State’s real estate sector post GST era at the national meet, he said.
Tripathy said Odisha chapter would also explore various issues, including transformation of cities and the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) (RERA) Act, 2016 and how the real estate would sustain post GST and demonetisation.
NAREDCO’s Odisha vice-president Bibek Batra said as the housing and infrastructure plays a vital role in the country, the organisation has taken steps to come up with new ideas and technologies that would help for the development of the State as well the country post GST and RERA.
An exhibition would also be organised on the occasion to display new properties, technology and products for the benefit of people.
