Even as cellular service provider Bharat Sanchar Nigam limited (BSNl) is making tall claims of having the widest mobile network in the country, yet frequent disruptions over past one week have irked the customers here with many switching over to services of private cell phone operators.
The problems are not only found in the BSNl mobile network but also in the broadband service. The broadband service is ether slow or there are frequent disruptions. The expansion work of the BSNl is going on across the State in view of its increasing number of customers. But the authorities are not careful about taking prompt steps to solve disruptions, complained many BSNl customers here.
